MAV Tank is a business plan competition centered around the theme of developing a social enterprise through technology innovation for students at Archbishop McCarthy High School.

Students will submit an application for the planned event that includes their idea for a social enterprise that uses technology innovation.

Once applied the students will participate in a 3 day business plan boot camp, which will teach them the components of a professional business plan and allow them to pitch their idea to a closed audience for preliminary judging and elimination.

After the preliminary judging and evaluation takes place, Students will then be selected to advance to the "The GEW Ring Mav Tank" where celebrity judges decide a 1, 2, 3 place winner, as well as the student body also participating for a popular vote.

The MAV Tank is s spin off of the school's mascot, which is Mavericks and the television show Shark Tank.  It will be hosted during the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014.
