During GEW

The valedictorian of her high school class and now an honor roll student at Arizona State University, Ms. Shelby Hagan is a true success story!  She was already a strong student prior to joining DECA, but the interpersonal and networking skills she developed from being a member have helped her to become an assistant manager at the Sparky Spirit Store on ASU’s campus and motivated her to earn enough scholarships to have her entire college tuition paid for!  Shelby has also started a service business in her spare time and handles all of her own marketing.  The business she started has been so successful that she earned enough money to purchase a car while still maintaining she strong GPA.
