The newly formed Athena League is hosting a monthly speaker series

featuring women entrepreneurs and professionals. The November

event will feature Chrys Sullivan, founder of Useagility, and Lacey Ellis,

founder of LittleHootz. Useagility is Kansas City's only full-service

user-experience agency dedicated to helping companies make their

technology usable. Founded in 2008, the company has averaged

40-percent top-line annual growth for the past four years. Sullivan is a

mother of three school-aged children and a firm believer in balancing

family and career. Meanwhile, LittleHootz was launched at Startup

Weekend in 2012. The mobile application allows parents to capture,

create, archive, and share the fabulous things their kids do and say.

Prior to launching LittleHootz, Ellis served as art and creative director
