This program will provide entrepreneurs the opportunity to interact with bankers, marketers, lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, and many other resources necessary to start or grow your business.

This is a one-stop-shop opportunity for many of our customers and we hope to see you there!

The Central Texas Business Resource Center (the BRC) provides high-quality business counseling, training, and assistance to potential and existing small business owners, including the self-employed. The BRC is dedicated to providing services to any and all individuals requesting assistance and is a non-membership, not for profit community collaboration of Workforce Solutions of Central Texas, Central Texas College and the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.

Individual Confidential Counseling
Business counseling services are available by appointment throughout the workweek and during walk-in hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday). Counseling sessions are free of charge. Counseling can be on any topic, and the BRC offers information on the following: financial assistance, business planning, government contracting, and more.

Regularly scheduled workshops are available throughout the work-week and select Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the Killeen Workforce Center. Workshops cover topics such as starting your own business, business financing, a series of workshops of business planning, and special classes for starting a day care, opening a restaurant and home-based business.
