Kellie Shumaker, Alternative HR - a certified professional in Human Resources (PHR) has over a decade of valuable Human Resource experience with organizations of many sizes, including two successful start-ups. As a Regional Manager of a staffing company, she developed relationships with many HR departments and employees at all levels of each organization. Through this experience, Kellie was able to learn from the success of some, and the mistakes of others.


Susan Cleckley, Cleckley Assessments, LLC is a Talent Assessment Specialist and is a certified senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 25 years of successful sales, marketing and human resource business experience within a variety of industries and Fortune 500 companies.
