· What’s the simplest way to test the solution?

· How can we use software to replicate the concierge process?

About the Speaker:
Jack Zerby - Jack is a Designer & Co-Founder of Flavors.me and Goodsie. Jack and his team grew Flavors to over 750,000 users and was aquired in 2011 by London-based Moo.com. He was formerly the Director of Design at Vimeo where he helped build it from 250,000 users to over 8 million users today. He was also a designer at Pentagram, Frog, and RG/A. His products have appeared in ForbesNY TimesTechCrunchFast Company, and Time Magazine.
