Entrepreneurs have more fun. Come and be part of the celebration!

Entrepreneurship takes many forms, but requires taking a leap of faith, being flexible, accepting failure and certainly being tenacious. It is also means having fun. Whereas the rest of the week was about learning, this Gala is about immersing yourself in Durham’s entrepreneurial community in a party atmosphere and making new connections.

As a speaker, we have Nick Boothman, author of ‘Be Brave, Take Risks’. Nick is a ‘been there done that’ entrepreneur, who has been successful in a number of ventures and his insights on risk taking are invaluable.  Also on the agenda are pitches from the finalists and winners of  ‘Find It In Durham’ scavenger hunt, the ‘Money Chase’ and the Start-up case. Then the evening will roll right into an announcement for all entrepreneurs involving big $$$$, followed by a networking party with refreshments and beverages. Now that’s celebrating entrepreneurship in style!
